We’re Hiring – Service Centre Operative/Driver

Hours: Mon-Fri 08:00am - 16:30pm (30mins lunch)

Salary: Competitive Salary

Flare have an exciting opportunity for a Service Centre Operative/Driver.

As Service Centre Operative/Driver, you will be part of a team working within a busy and fast paced environment. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks within our purpose-built facility, including picking, packing, loading, and unloading goods, as well as maintaining an accurate inventory of all materials.

What we're looking for:

  • Previous warehouse experience is advantageous.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Flexibility to work additional hours when required by the company.
  • Strong team player works well with colleagues but also has ability to work individually with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to prioritise own workload to help achieve delivery targets.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Desire to learn, progress and grow with the company.
  • Good verbal, numeracy and written communications skills.
  • Good computer skills including experience of Microsoft 365 & Microsoft Office (incl. SharePoint), expert Excel, Adobe and data management skills.
  • Forklift trained (desirable but willingness to learn is essential).
  • ADR and/or IMDG Hazardous Packing Training (preferred but not essential).
  • Valid UK Driver’s licence.
  • Resident of and eligible to work in the UK.

Knowledge of the Energy industry desirable but not required.
